Diwali can never be complete without rangolis. This year, we decided to give the age-old rangolis a much needed tweak, and how!
Mess-Free Rangoli
Things You Need:
Mess-Free Rangoli
Things You Need:
- Old tile
- Pre-drawn paper rangolis (preferably printouts that have been coloured in with colour pencils or simply use a colour printout)
- Four tealight candles
- Place your tile wherever you intend to make your rangoli.
- Use rangoli stencils (available online) and print these out (either in colour or black-white) and perhaps cut them out in different shapes and styles. If you have a black and white printout, it's fun to colour them in with colour pencils/crayons/shiny-pens or paint or anything creative you can come up with!
- Place these paper rangolis in any way you deem appropriate on the tile.
- Fill in any empty spaces on the tile with a single tealight candle as shown in the photo below.
- Light the candles at night and you won't be able to peel your eyes off this wonderful creation!
Place your pre-drawn rangolis and candles in the above shown format (preferably) and don't forget to light the candles to enjoy the effect at night! |
